Matrimonial Service Agreement
Welcome to BellsnRings. By utilizing our services, you enter into a legally binding contract regarding your membership eligibility and user conduct rules. We provide matchmaking features designed to assist singles in finding long-term partners within the Christian community, and we expect all users to represent themselves with honesty, integrity, and respect.
1. Acceptance of Terms
By registering, logging in, or using BellsnRings Matrimony, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms of Service, along with our Privacy Policy and Safety Guidelines.
If you do not agree to any of these terms, please do not register an account or access our matchmaking services.
2. Eligibility Criteria
Christian Faith: BellsnRings is a niche matchmaking platform dedicated exclusively to members of the Christian community.
Age Limit: Females must be at least 18 years of age, and males must be at least 21 years of age.
Marital Status: You must be legally single, divorced, or widowed. Married individuals are strictly prohibited from using the platform.
Profile Accuracy: You agree to provide current, authentic, and accurate information during registration and keep your profile up to date.
3. Account Verification & Safety
Vetting Process: BellsnRings reserves the right, but not the obligation, to screen all profiles, photos, and verification documents (DigiLocker, government IDs, church references).
Profile Suspensions: We reserve the absolute right to suspend, lock, or terminate any account that fails our verification process, uses fake pictures, or provides misleading information.
4. User Conduct Guidelines
Personal Match Search Only: The platform is strictly for personal matrimonial partner searches. Commercial use, solicitation, or advertising is prohibited.
Harassment & Offensive Behavior: You agree to treat all members with respect. Sending offensive, abusive, threatening, or sexually explicit content is ground for immediate, permanent account termination without refund.
Financial Requests: Soliciting money, loans, or financial help from other members is strictly forbidden.
5. Membership & Subscription Terms
Plan validity: Subscription plans (Gold, Saphire, Platinum, Elite, etc.) remain active for the duration chosen during purchase.
Non-Refundable Payments: All payments, subscription fees, and plan upgrades are final and non-refundable. Matchmaking operations and profile indexing begin instantly upon payment.
Renewals: Plans do not auto-renew automatically unless explicitly set up via supported payment channels.
6. Limitation of Liability & Disclaimers
Under no circumstances shall BellsnRings be liable for any direct, indirect, or consequential damages resulting from interactions, matches, or marriages established through our service.
We do not guarantee a successful marriage or match. The success of a relationship rests entirely upon the compatibility, mutual understanding, and discernment of the individuals involved.
