Connecting Soulmates…
Your safety and trust are core to the BellsnRings community. Please read these guidelines to protect yourself and make your partner search secure and positive.
Simple, practical advice to help you navigate matchmaking with peace of mind.
Keep Communications on BellsnRings
Use our secure messaging and chat features for initial conversations. Avoid sharing your personal phone number, social media handles, or email address until you feel completely comfortable and have established trust.
Protect Your Personal Information
Never share sensitive credentials such as your password, bank account details, government ID numbers, or exact home/office address. BellsnRings will never ask you for your login credentials via email or chat.
Never Send Money or Financial Aid
No matter how urgent or heart-wrenching their story may seem, never send money, wire transfers, or gifts to anyone you met online. If a member asks you for financial assistance, stop communicating and report them to us immediately.
Meet in Public and Stay in Control
When meeting a match in person for the first time, choose a well-lit, busy public venue (e.g., a popular cafe or restaurant). Arrange your own transportation to and from the venue, and tell a trusted friend or family member about your plans.
Report Inappropriate Behavior
Trust your instincts. If a user sends offensive messages, behaves suspiciously, or requests money, use our report features or contact our support team. We take all reports seriously and investigate promptly to maintain a safe platform.
Have You Noticed Something Suspicious?
Our verification team works around the clock, but your reports help us keep the community clean and safe. Report any member who breaches our guidelines.
